Baker

Our Bakery is dedicated to using high quality ingredients and traditional techniques to create all of our bread and pastries. We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Baker to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a variety of baked goods, mostly focusing on our organic, Danish sourdough bread and buns
  • Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all products.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Help to troubleshoot and solve any issues that arise during production.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
  • Being reliable and punctual

Qualifications:

  • Previous sourdough baking experience preferred, but we’re open to motivated learners.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for baking.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Physically fit and able to handle the demands of a busy kitchen.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
