Barista

We’re looking for skilled and passionate baristas to join our team at Andersen & Maillard.

As a barista, you’ll be serving high-quality coffee roasted in-house at our own roastery, alongside freshly baked pastries from our bakery.

You’ll be part of a team dedicated to precision, efficiency, and creating an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, specialty coffee environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in specialty coffee or a strong passion for learning
• Ability to dial in espresso and maintain consistent high quality beverages
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A service-minded, professional, and positive attitude
• Ability to thrive in a busy café setting
