Runner Role Overview

As a Runner or junior team member (16-18 years old), you’ll play a key role in keeping the café running smoothly. You’ll support the baristas, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and colleagues. A positive attitude and a willingness to jump in where needed are essential.

Your tasks will include serving, clearing tables, cleaning, and assisting with general café operations. Working closely with the baristas, you’ll help maintain a steady workflow and ensure guests have a great experience from start to finish. Shifts are typically one weekend shift of 6-8 hours.


Som Runner eller ungarbejder (16-18 år gammel) bliver du en vigtig del af teamet og hjælper med at holde caféen kørende. Du støtter baristaerne, holder overblik i en travl hverdag og bidrager til en god stemning for både gæster og kollegaer. En positiv indstilling og lyst til at tage fat er afgørende.

Dine opgaver vil inkludere servering, afrydning, rengøring og generel assistance i caféen. I tæt samarbejde med baristaerne sørger du for, at alt forløber glat, og at gæsterne får en god oplevelse fra start til slut. Vagterne vil som udgangspunkt være én weekendvagt på 6-8 timer.
