What You'll Do
● Run month-end close, reporting and reconciliations
● Automate and streamline finance processes
● Coordinate with external partners and teams across markets
● Support budgeting, forecasting and margin/pricing analysis, providing actionable insights to the teams
● Build analyses that drive business decisions
● Improve processes and push automation and AI into our finance stack
What We're Looking For
● 3–6 years of experience in controlling, accounting or a similar finance role
● Fluent in English — written and spoken
● Structured and hands-on — you take ownership and get things done
● Comfortable with scale-up culture, multi-entity and cross-border setups
● Hands-on with new technology — you test, learn and push automation and AI into how finance works
● Wants to be a true business partner, not just a back-office function
