As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be the primary point of contact for our dealers, brands and partners. Your role is to ensure a smooth onboarding process, support ongoing needs, and drive satisfaction and retention. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver best-in-class service and help clients get the most out of our platform and products.


Your Responsibilities

  • 🀝 Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers and accounts
  • πŸš€ Lead onboarding processes and provide training on our platform and tools
  • πŸ“¦ Monitor order progress and proactively troubleshoot any issues
  • 🌟 Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and ensure high satisfaction
  • 🧩 Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, design) to support smooth order execution
  • πŸ“ˆ Identify upsell opportunities, renewals, and new ways to add customer value
  • πŸ“£ Collect client feedback and insights to help improve our products and processes

  • βœ… 3–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role
  • βœ… Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • βœ… Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • βœ… Experience in tech, apparel, or custom product industries is a plus
  • βœ… Proficiency with CRM systems and comfort learning new tools
  • βœ… A customer-first mindset with a passion for helping users succeed
