Position Summary

The CTO is responsible for Custimoo’s full technical strategy, platform architecture, engineering organization and technical delivery. The role combines long-term technology development with hands-on operational leadership of software engineering, infrastructure, security and data. You will work closely with the CEO and COO. You will play a key role in shaping the future of Custimoo’s digital platform as we continue to scale our global footprint. This position requires a leader who can balance stability, innovation, and delivery excellence while building a high-performing engineering culture.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the engineering organization and set the technical roadmap

· Own platform architecture, scalability, security and performance

· Drive modern engineering practices including CI/CD, automation and quality standards

· Ensure high availability and stable platform operations

· Oversee data architecture, analytics capabilities and compliance (GDPR, ISO standards)

· Manage engineering budget, vendors and strategic technology decisions

· Build a strong engineering culture with focus on delivery, quality and innovation

· Collaborate with Product, Operations and Commercial teams to align tech with business goals

Qualifications

· Experience as CTO, VP Engineering or similar leadership role in a tech-driven company

· Strong background in software architecture, cloud infrastructure and DevOps

· Track record of scaling SaaS or multi-tenant platforms

· Proven record of leading offshore or nearshore developers

· Experience leading and developing engineering teams

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

· Passion for sports is a plus
