The Role
Custimoo ApS is seeking an Intermediate Designer to join our on-site team at our newly established, state-of-the-art factory facility in Pakistan. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing and producing bespoke team jerseys, collaborating with both local and international teams to deliver high-quality sportswear that reflects our clients' unique identities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed tech packs for production, ensuring clarity and precision to meet production and client requirements.
- Create and refine vector-based designs using CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Collaborate closely with international design teams and clients to conceptualize and deliver jersey designs.
- Ensure high-quality design output and consistency across multiple projects.
- Implement feedback from clients and production teams to make necessary adjustments to designs.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in sportswear design.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in creating tech packs for garment production.
- Strong proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Solid understanding of vector-based workflows and design principles.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with international teams and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a strong creative vision.
