Order Administrator

The role: You will own your orders end-to-end — from the moment an order is assigned to you until it ships. Coordinating with factories, communicating directly with international clients, and keeping every order on schedule.

What we're looking for:

• 1–3 years in order management, merchandising or a similar role
• Excellent written and spoken English — you'll work with international clients daily
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident with Excel and order management systems
• Proactive follow-up — you chase, you confirm, you don't let things sit
