As a Project Manager, you will be the one who brings IT projects to life and keeps them moving forward. You will connect the dots between people, teams, and goals — making sure projects run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities within below areas 

 

  • Product, platform, and homepage updates, including customer UI and template updates 
  • Finance and invoicing, including Stripe invoicing and Builder/Merchant invoice setup 
  • Sales and customer experience, including onboarding, supporting shop-in-shop solutions, and new customer setups 
  • AI and innovation projects, including ongoing user story creation and follow-up, and AI initiatives such as logo or team recognition 
  • Operations and internal tools, including business intelligence, process documentation, development team time reporting, and cost approvals 
  • Quality assurance and support, including Qarma follow-up and maintaining internal and external user guides 

 

Qualifications 

 

  • 3 to 5 years in Project Manager role within Digital/ IT environment 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines and costs 
  • Excellent organisational skill and ability to engage project team members. 
  • Excellent communication in English both written and orally 
  • Experience in Scrum is a plus 
  • Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus. 
  • Experience with PhP, Laravel, or Vue is a major plus 
  • Passion for sports is a plus
