You will join the newly established S&OP team in DOVISTA – the Danish company behind a number of leading and distinctive brands within vertical windows and exterior doors, and part of the VKR group.
The team will consist of 2 Demand Planners and 2 Capacity Planners and will report directly to Senior Manager, S&OP. The team will frequently interact with Group Management and the entire organization in DOVISTA.
This position will mainly interact with our Commercial markets in region North (Denmark, Sweden and Norway) and region West (UK and Ireland). Your place of work can therefore be one of locations in either of these countries. Expect that you will have approximately 30-50 travel days days/year to HQ in Denmark and to our other sites.
This is what you will be doing
You will be supporting DOVISTA S&OP transformation where we across 6 clusters continuously strive towards optimizing the balance between demand and supply.
In short, your key responsibilities and tasks will be to:
Drive and facilitate the monthly Demand Sign Off process
Working closely with local Commercial colleagues to ensure local Commercial alignment and adherence to the S&OP process
Responsible for overview of orderbook in pcs and connection to S&OP process.
Develop/training Commercial roles in the S&OP process
Analyze forecast accuracy as input to continuous improvement of rolling forecast utilizing ERP, Planning and BI tools
Standardization of forecasting methods across markets
Continuous improvements of process and supporting IT tools
Developing data-driven forecasting tools, e.g. statistical forecasting or similar

Most importantly, you thrive when you get to build relations and collaborate across functions, business areas, regions and with top-management. You have the right experience and toolbox with proper quantitative and qualitative skills, enabling you to deliver solid and well-structured analysis and recommendations. Furthermore, you have:
A Master’s degree within supply chain, operations, finance or similar relevant educational background
+5 years experience working with planning in a similar role within Commercial
Preferably experience with Operations or from S&OP
If you have project management experience this will be an upside
Professional English skills, verbally and written
