Join us at DOVISTA

You will join the Legal & Compliance team in DOVISTA, and our GDPR & Policy Manager will be reporting directly to you.

You will be based at our office in Horsens, Denmark.


This is what you will be doing

Stepping into this new role, you will get to further develop the organizational area. You will be the architect of our compliance strategy and framework and set the objectives to elevate the compliance agenda.

This involves leading relevant compliance initiatives, rallying key stakeholders, and ensuring our efforts are in perfect harmony with the strategic goals for DOVISTA and the VKR Group. Further, you will be facilitating cross-functional compliance initiatives.

As part of the VKR Group, an important aspect of this role will be to act as the liaison between DOVISTA and the VKR Legal function.

In summary, your key tasks will be to:

  • Drive the compliance programs for relevant areas.
  • Set the strategy for the compliance area.
  • Set the objectives in alignment with DOVISTA’s strategy.
  • Monitor regulatory changes.
  • Conduct risk assessments.
  • Create policies and procedures.
  • Identify and involve compliance stakeholders.
  • Establish and be the secretary of a Compliance Board consisting of members from relevant functions within the organization.
  • Train all group employees on relevant compliance areas.

This is your background

  • You hold a master’s degree in law or business law.
  • You have a minimum of 5-7 years of compliance experience from an in-house function.
  • You have a deep understanding of end-to-end value chains and operational models.
  • Proficiency in English is a prerequisite, and German will be a great advantage.
