What You’ll Tackle:
- Command the Sales Cycle: Lead every phase—from laser-focused prospecting and cold calling to sealing high-value deals.
- Forge Unbreakable Client Bonds: Build lasting, trust-based relationships through deep engagement and consultative selling.
- Design and Execute Sales Strategies: Craft plans that break revenue targets and accelerate our European footprint.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work side-by-side with marketing, product, and customer success to deliver solutions that speak directly to our clients’ unique challenges.
Who You Are:
- A Proven Sales Strategist: 3+ years of robust experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a record of turning challenging targets into measurable wins.
- Framework-Driven: Your playbook is filled with robust sales frameworks—compelling events, value-based selling, and strategic account management are tools you wield with confidence.
- Resilient Under Pressure: You thrive in the chaos of a fast-paced startup, turning every setback into an opportunity.
- A Master Communicator: Fluent in English (essential) with a natural gift for building rapport and negotiating from strength.
- Industry Savvy: Hands-on experience in automotive or logistics, or a track record in startup/scaleup environments, is a huge plus.
- Technology Enthusiast: You’re excited about new technology, and actively seek to test and evaluate new tools that make your work more effective, and insightful.
- Copenhagen-Based & Committed: You’re local, ready to be in the office most days, and you know that success is built in the trenches together.
