We are looking for a structured, engaged and service-minded Sales Coordinator to join our Sales Support team. You will play an important role in connecting customers, partners and colleagues, helping to ensure smooth order handling, clear follow-up and high-quality support throughout the customer journey.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Sales Support, you will join an international team dedicated to supporting our EMEA markets. You will be an important link between customers, partners and colleagues, helping to ensure smooth collaboration and the high-quality service experience that characterizes Fritz Hansen.

The role involves multiple touchpoints, where relationships, coordination, and structure are key to success. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to improve routines and processes and are curious about new tools and technologies that can simplify everyday work for both customers and colleagues.

As a Sales Coordinator, you play a central role in the daily support of our customers, partners, and sales team. You will work with order management, follow-up, coordination, and customer dialogue, contributing to efficient workflows across ERP, CRM, and other customer-facing platforms such as the Partner Portal and Shopify.

You are not required to be a system expert, but you should be interested in understanding how processes, data and customer experience are connected. You are motivated by finding practical solutions that support efficient workflows and strong customer experience.


Key responsibilities

Sales Support & Customer Service

  • Handle quotations, orders, deliveries, and claims in a professional and efficient manner
  • Act as a daily point of contact for customers, partners, and sales representatives across EMEA
  • Support the sales organization with information, follow-up, and coordination
  • Handle customer inquiries with a focus on high service and fast problem resolution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure high quality in customer and partner data

End-to-End Customer Experience

  • Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the entire order and delivery process
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Planning, Shipping, and other internal functions to secure high delivery performance and service quality
  • Coordinate special deliveries and manage complex customer and order requests
  • Contribute with customer insights and experience to strengthen our service and ways of working

Process Improvements and Ways of Working

  • Contribute to continuous improvements of workflows and processes in daily operations
  • Identify opportunities to create more efficient and simplified ways of working
  • Actively participate in implementing and anchoring new ways of working
  • Show curiosity towards new tools and AI solutions that can support service, quality, and efficiency

Who are you?

We imagine that you have experience from a role within sales support, customer service, order handling, or customer operations or a similar function. You understand the importance of professional customer and enjoy creating a strong customer service through structure, follow-up and clear communication.

You are confident using digital tools and have experience working with ERP and CRM systems. Knowledge of Partner Portal, Shopify or similar customer-facing platforms is an advantage, but not a requirement.

You thrive in a role where you coordinate multiple tasks, follow up on details and collaborate with customers, partners and colleagues across functions. You are a strong communicator and able to build trust through a professional, service-minded and solution-oriented approach.

You communicate professionally in both Danish and English, written and spoken.
