Enable growth by strengthening the demand planning process

As our new S&OP planner you will be a part of the Supply Chain team consisting of 8 dedicated employees covering areas as Sustainability, Product Master Data, Logistics, and Category Management. You will be working closely with Sales, Finance and our production site in Poland. We operate across different regions and customer segments and across different product categories.

The role will cover sales and operations planning in its broadest sense, meaning potentially all areas within demand-, inventory-, and supply planning. And will cover tactical- as well as longer term planning. We are a small team, and roles and responsibilities evolve over time as the company needs change.

You first tasks will be related to demand planning and the strengthening of our forecasting process. We run a simple excel based forecasting model but need to establish stronger processes around input as well as interpretation and usage of the forecast. The task requires skills within data management and process mapping. But even more importantly within stakeholder management, facilitation and communication.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Facilitate forecast reviews
  • Establish forecasting process for projects and launches
  • Clarify stakeholder needs and adapt process and model accordingly
  • Establish and facilitate tactical planning balancing forecast and capacity
  • Regular updates and validation of the baseline forecast
  • Establish forecast KPIs
  • Develop better tools to manage the forecast (currently excel)


You like people and you also like numbers

You have an outgoing personality and are energized by the interaction with other people. You have relevant experience from a previous position, and you are ready to take the next step in your career.

  • You hold a master’s degree within business administration or engineering
  • You have 3-5 years of experience with demand planning, supply planning and / or S&OP planning
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills and enjoy working across teams
  • You are analytically strong and can manage large sets of data in Excel
  • You are open to new ideas and pragmatic solutions
  • You thrive with a mix of reoccurring tasks and new developments
  • You have experience working in ERP systems – preferably Dynamics 365
  • You communicate fluently in English

The role will be reporting to the Supply Chain Director and will be based at our Head Quarter in Allerød. You can expect a limited amount of traveling (up to app 10 working days per year) primarily to our production site in Poland.
