About the role

As a Student Assistant in Claims & Customer Support, you will become an integral part of our Claims team, supporting daily operations and helping ensure a professional and efficient service experience for our dealers and internal stakeholders.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer support, coordination, and administrative processes in an international design company.

No prior claims experience is required – we will train you and support your development.

Working hours: Approximately 15 – 20 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate your studies. We understand that your education comes first, and we adapt your working hours accordingly – with fewer hours during exam periods andmore during quieter times, as agreed with the team.

Typical tasks

(You will be trained and supported)

You will mainly help with administrative support and customer service related follow-up:

  • Answer and route incoming questions from dealers and colleagues (email/phone) and ensure timely follow-up
  • Register and update claims in the system based on information provided by the team
  • Collect documentation (photos, order numbers, delivery notes) and keep claim cases organized
  • Support coordination of pick-ups/returns and other practical follow-ups together with the team
  • Assist with small ad hoc tasks and help improve team templates/lists when needed

What we are looking for

We are looking for a structured and motivated student who is eager to learn and contribute:

  • Currently enrolled in studies (e.g. business, service, logistics, administration or similar)
  • Minimum of 2 years remaining of your studies
  • You have an interest in customer service and enjoy working with people and processes
  • You are detail-oriented, structured, and reliable
  • You are comfortable working with IT tools such as Outlook and Excel, and motivated to learn new systems (we use Microsoft Dynamics)
  • You communicate confidently in Danish and English (additional languages are an advantage)

You will work closely with the Claims team and relevant stakeholders across the organization and participate in team meetings when relevant.
