Student Assistant - People & Culture

Are you a student looking for valuable experience with HR and administration? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our People and Culture Team in our HQ in Allerød.

About the Role

As our new Student Assistant, you will be supporting the People and Culture Manager, and you will collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders across the entire organization. The role requires a strong ability to ensure confidentiality and data accuracy in handling employee information. You will work independently while also knowing when to ask for input or clarification. In the role you will navigate between structured administrative routines and ad hoc requests and collaborate across departments while keeping track of key HR processes.

Your tasks will be very diverse as we are a small team, but covering many areas at the same time:

• Handling administrative tasks related to recruiting, onboarding, absences, and exits
• Maintaining employee data + create reports for management
• Supporting in updating our employee handbook and our Intranet
• Managing and monitoring the shared HR inbox
• Assisting with HR development projects
• Supporting the coordination and communication of our internal learning platform
• Helping plan and execute employee events
• Collaborating with colleagues across the organization to ensure great employee experience

Skills and Experience:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (HRM, psychology, sociology, business administration or similar)
• Communicate clearly in both Danish and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Curious, eager to learn and a positive mindset
• Detail-oriented, self-driven and enjoy working in a structured way
