The position:
Are you motivated by sales, recruitment and helping people take the first real step towards a career in aviation? Do you enjoy building relationships, guiding candidates through important decisions and working proactively to create new opportunities? If the answer is “yes”, you might be our new Recruiter in Ireland. As Recruiter, Ireland, you will play a key role in building GreyBird’s presence in the Irish market. Your primary responsibility will be to recruit students for GreyBird’s commercial pilot training programmes by identifying, advising and converting prospective students. This is a highly student-facing and commercially important role. You will be responsible for creating interest in GreyBird, managing leads, hosting meetings and guiding candidates through the admissions process from first contact to signed contract. You will be based at GreyBird’s new Irish location in Dublin and work closely with our international recruitment team.

About the role
As Recruiter in Ireland, your main objective will be to recruit students for GreyBird’s pilot training programmes in the Irish market.
You will be responsible for proactively identifying potential candidates, building relationships with them and guiding them through the full admissions journey. This includes first contact, personal guidance, information meetings, follow-up, admission support and conversion.
The role requires a consultative sales approach. Becoming a pilot is a major life decision for our students, and your task will be to create trust, provide clarity and help each candidate understand whether GreyBird is the right choice for them.
You will work with both warm leads and proactive outreach. This includes telephone and email communication, lead generation, pipeline management, events, fairs, exhibitions and local networking activities.
