Greybird Maintenance plays a crucial role in maintaining a high volume of flight hours in our fleet, thanks to the close collaboration between our technical team, our own CAMO, the aircraft manufacturer, and the pilot academy.

At Greybird Maintenance, we never compromise when it comes to ensuring that our fleet meets the highest safety standards – we make sure that all our instructors and students always fly in safe aircraft.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced and quality-conscious aircraft mechanic to become a valuable part of our technical team at our Spanish base in Córdoba.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background and experience in maintaining various aircraft types – preferably with experience working on Rotax engines.

At GreyBird Maintenance, we offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment where dedicated professionals have the opportunity to develop their skills and contribute to the growth of our company.

The first part of the employment – up to 6 months – will take place in Aarhus, where training and onboarding on our Tecnam aircraft and systems will be provided.

We expect you to have:

  • Certified aircraft mechanic with EASA AML B1.2 or Group 3 certificate
  • Solid technical skills and experience from general aviation (GA) maintenance or similar work
  • Ability to work independently, structured, with a strong sense of quality and responsibility
  • A team player with a positive and approachable attitude
  • Logical thinking and strong analytical skills
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems
  • CAMO/CAO experience is a plus

We offer:

  • Fixed monthly salary based on qualifications, including pension and private health insurance
  • Flexible working hours between 06:00 and 20:00, depending on needs and agreements
  • A challenging, varied, and independent role
  • Opportunities for personal and professional development
  • Thorough and tailored training
  • A great working environment with committed and helpful colleagues passionate about their work
