We are currently looking for two Mechanical Engineers to join our R&D department at HARCO.
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for developing our portfolio of on- and offshore applications within lifting and handling equipment, reporting directly to the Chief Technical Officer. You will play a key role in reinforcing and expanding our position as leaders in the green transition while maintaining our high standards of performance and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be part of our engineering team, focusing on the development and design of cutting-edge applications, and you will collaborate closely with the Technical, Sales, Service, and HSEQ departments and will gradually take over ongoing projects.
In addition to managing projects, we expect you to contribute to optimizing and maintaining our internal processes and systems, ensuring lean, high-quality design and production of our applications.
A positive and proactive attitude will be essential to building strong customer relationships and fostering effective teamwork.
