We are now looking for some amazing Bell Captains for our Front of House.

In that sense, we are looking for a person who loves to be there with the guests, not just by the guests, and someone who dares to poke the bear on 5-star service and to be part of a new way of working in a Front of House.

Requirements:

  • You have a driver’s license class A
  • You either speak one of the Scandinavian languages or English.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests inside and outside of the hotel
  • Handling guests’ luggage, with great care
  • Valet parking, including parking and retrieving guests’ cars and doing so with utmost caution and attention to detail
  • Maintaining high visibility in the Courtyard
  • Handling guests requests and concerns
  • Actively listen to and resolve complaints and issues, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others
  • Ensuring good and swift communication within the team and between departments
  • Always up to date on what to do in Copenhagen as well as open restaurants to recommend to guests
  • Making sure all actions are in line with our brand values
