NORDLANDET is looking for two sous chefs for our breakfast and lunch team, starting late spring 2025


Are you an experienced and dedicated chef with a passion for leading a team and creating unforgettable dining experiences? Then this is your chance! At Nordlandet, we are looking for two early risers and skilled sous chefs to strengthen our kitchen team, starting in mid-April 2025.


Imagine a workday where you start at 6:00 AM and finish at 2:00 PM, or where you work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Such working hours will give you the opportunity to enjoy wonderful summer evenings on the beautiful island or perhaps spend cozy afternoons with your family.

As a sous chef, you will be an important part of a dedicated team that ensures both delicious breakfasts and tasty lunch dishes, where creativity can flourish.

With us, professionalism and innovation are the focus. You will be responsible for coordinating the day's menu and ensuring that our breakfast selection – from a cozy buffet to elegant table service – always meets our high standards.

The lunch menu is à la carte and changes regularly based on the fresh local seasonal ingredients. We draw inspiration from the fantastic nature around us, which frames our delicious dishes.

You will work closely with the head chef and assistant head chef on daily operations, planning, production, menus, training, service, and more.

Since we function best as a team, it is important that you are a team player who knows how to lead, but also how to listen and share knowledge.

We offer a dynamic and competent team environment at one of Bornholm's best hotels, where we work hard but also value a good atmosphere and strong team spirit

Staff accommodation available 150m from the hotel and a competitive salary based on qualifications.
