Our solution, Scan&Go, is a fully self-service luggage system that hotels can set up quickly in almost any area. It requires only minimal upfront investment while unlocking new opportunities to serve segmented travelers. Such as loyalty members, arrivals, or departures. Meaning it's on their terms.
Already adopted by leading hotel chains in Scandinavia, we are now bringing this innovative solution to the UK under the dedicated brand HotelsHero. We are highlighting our focus on empowering hotels. The result: operational freedom for staff and a seamless, line-free experience for guests at check-in and check-out.
We are now looking for a City Sales Hero. The bold changemaker who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo in an industry that has rarely been technology-first.
Your mission if you chose to accept this quest
- Open and grow UK hotel markets for a big game changer in the hotel and hostel industry (yes, a true blue-ocean play and that is a rare opportunity).
- Turn curious General managers, front desk superheroes and Operation leaders into raving fans through discovery, on site demos, and clear ROI for the Hotel/Hostel.
- Build repeatable motion: from first touch → site visit → pilot → rollout → upsell.
What You’ll Do
- Run full cycle sales: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, proposals, negotiation, and handover to onboarding with our amazing onboarding specialist.
- Lead on site action: lobby walk-throughs, signage ideas, QR “scan-and-go” demos, pilot setups with stakeholders.
- Work the CRM (Mapsly and HubSpot) like a pro: route planning, form/survey for backing up data, sequences, deal hygiene, dashboards.
- Create momentum in a blue ocean: shape the narrative, handle “we’ve never seen this” objections, and champion ROI.
- Report what matters: pipeline health, win/loss reasons, time for pilot, convert to rollout at hotels and hostels.
You’ll Thrive Here If You
- Know your CRMs (HubSpot preferred but not a deal breaker) and keep it structured.

- Think in ROI: time saved, bags/day, revenue per bag, security & guest experience.
- Communicate clearly: from GM to front desk, you tailor the message and keep things simple.
- Move fast, stay kind: startup pace, practical hustle, curiosity, and strong sense of passion.
- Lives in London: With occasional traveling to Manchester and Liverpool.
As our first hire in this position, you’ll be introducing a brand-new product to the market. That means you’ll need to thrive as an independent, self-driven Hero—someone who can operate without a playbook, stay motivated on your own, and find energy in being the one who leads the way. If you enjoy the freedom of shaping your own pipeline, creating opportunities from scratch, and being the pioneer others will later follow—you’ll feel right at home.
Nice-to-Haves but not needed
- Hospitality industry network (GMs, hotel owners, Ops Directors, cluster managers).
- Have worked at the front desk at different hotels or hostels.
- Any form of sales experience is appreciated (Outbound, Inbound, Linkedin sniping, street sales, face-to-face sales etc.)
What We Offer
- Competitive salary + performance based commission.
- Full remote, since our company resides in Copenhagen, but occasional trips to the HQ.
- Team activities every 6 months in Copenhagen, where we gather the whole team from different countries we have employers (Barcelona, Malta, Dubai)
- Extra purpose: freeing hotel teams from bag handling so they can make sure guests are satisfied where there are no queues to deliver luggage anymore
