At LuggageHero, we connect travelers with trusted local partners to provide secure, convenient luggage storage across major cities worldwide. To strengthen our presence in one of our most important markets, we’re now hiring a Key Account Manager for Paris.
This is a hands-on role where you will take full responsibility for managing and supporting our Paris partner network. You’ll:
- Ensure partner locations meet our quality standards
- Resolve day-to-day operational challenges
- Drive growth and strengthen LuggageHero’s footprint in the city
Travel activity
As part of a fast-moving travel scale-up, you should expect some travel. Our HQ is in Copenhagen, Denmark, with a second hub in Barcelona, where many of our team events are held.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner Management: Build strong relationships with local partners, ensuring they meet LuggageHero’s standards and deliver a reliable customer experience.
- Operational Excellence: Support partners with onboarding, setup, and ongoing operations, resolving issues quickly and ensuring smooth day-to-day performance.
- Market Presence: Strengthen LuggageHero’s visibility in Paris through accurate online listings, effective use of signage, and proactive community engagement.
- Compliance and Quality: Monitor partner performance, address compliance issues, andensure consistent service quality across all Paris locations.
- Local Growth: Engage with hotels, attractions, and tourism networks to expand partnershipsand grow LuggageHero’s presence in the city.
Who You Are
- An excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
- A proactive problem-solver who enjoys working in a hands-on, field-based role.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to oversee multiple accounts effectively.
- Comfortable taking ownership of an entire city market.
- Fluent in French and proficient in English (additional languages a plus).
