We are seeking a Senior Advisor with a blend of technical (physical) automation expertise and consultative commercial skills to join our US team as soon as possible.

In this role, you will lead automation advisory engagements, providing strategic insight while driving account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. You’ll be the go-to expert for clients, ensuring their projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

About you
In addition to the key skills etc. listed below, we are looking for someone with significant experience in automation and/or operations advisory roles. We would like to see min. 4 years of experience with physical automation and advisory/consultancy services and preferably +10 years overall experience in a related role.
You have already demonstrated the ability to lead complex automation projects and have proven yourself as a strong relationship-builder with commercial focus.
For this particular role, it is a must that you are eligible to work in US ITAR-regulated environments. As a general, but not exclusive guideline, any person eligible to hold a US passport will be eligible to work in US ITAR-regulated environments.
