We are seeking a Senior Advisor with a blend of technical (physical) automation expertise and consultative commercial skills to join our US team as soon as possible.

About the job

In this role, you will lead automation advisory engagements, providing strategic insight while driving account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. You’ll be the go-to expert for clients, ensuring their projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead automation advisory projects, ensuring they meet client expectations for quality, scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver automation systems that align with client goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their evolving needs and driving the expansion of our offerings.
  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Provide hands-on project delivery when required and ensure technical findings are translated into actionable business solutions.
  • Stay current with advancements in automation technologies and apply innovative approaches to client challenges.
  • Support the commercial team in pre-sales activities, helping to craft technical proposals and solutions for clients.
  • Represent the company at client workshops, industry events, and conferences as a thought leader in automation.


About you

In addition to the key skills etc. listed below, we are looking for someone with significant experience in automation and/or operations advisory roles. We would like to see min. 4 years of experience with physical automation and advisory/consultancy services and preferably +10 years overall experience in a related role.

You have already demonstrated the ability to lead complex automation projects and have proven yourself as a strong relationship-builder with commercial focus.

For this particular role, it is a must that you are eligible to work in US ITAR-regulated environments. As a general, but not exclusive guideline, any person eligible to hold a US passport will be eligible to work in US ITAR-regulated environments.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical analyses into practical recommendations.
  • Expertise in automation technologies and operations, with experience in designing and implementing solutions across industries.
  • Strong project management skills, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery on multiple projects.
  • Commercial acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • A hands-on approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
