Consultant - Output Management

Interform A/S is recruiting a Consultant to deliver InterformNG2 at our customers.

You implement our Output Management solution at our customers. You are their first contact through the delivery - the person who understands what the customer needs and makes it work - and the bridge between customer requirements and our development team.

How you work depends on the project. Larger and more complex implementations run as a team, with a project manager and a solution architect alongside you. Smaller ones you take on and deliver yourself.

We are not only looking for seniority. If you bring a technical background, some customer-facing experience and the appetite to learn a product properly, we will train you on InterformNG2 and grow the rest with you.

The work is international - our customers and partners are spread across Europe, the Americas and Asia, and the team works in English. A large share of our customer base is German-speaking, so German is a clear advantage.

The role reports to the Head of Customer Success.

Key responsibilities

• Implement InterformNG2 at customers - installation, configuration and workflow setup
• Build and adapt document templates: invoices, order confirmations, labels and the rest of a customer's output
• Take part in requirements workshops and turn what is agreed into a working setup
• Test together with the customer, support go-live, and hand over to their own team
• Deliver smaller services jobs and change requests on your own
• Keep the documentation current as part of the work, not afterwards
• Support our first line when a case needs a consultant's hands
• Grow into ownership of one of our solutions over time - each has a named owner, and this is the route to becoming one

What we are looking for

Experience

• Some years in IT consulting, ERP work, document or Output Management - or a solid technical background and a clear reason for moving into consulting
• Comfortable in a technical setup: data formats such as XML and JSON, print files, PDF, and a little scripting or SQL
• Experience with an ERP environment is an advantage
• Customer-facing experience is an advantage - you will be in front of customers early

Skills and mindset

• English fluency required. German is a clear advantage, as a large share of our customers work in German. Danish is useful too
• Precise - our output becomes our customers' invoices and labels, so details are the job
• You ask when something is unclear rather than assuming
• Willing to learn one product deeply, not just broadly
• Comfortable working with a distributed team, whether you sit remotely or at our headquarters
