Senior Output Management Consultant - E Invoicing Focus

We are seeking a senior consultant with a strong background in electronic invoicing who will focus on implementing InterformNG2 solutions with an emphasis on e invoicing. While e invoicing is your main focus you will always work in the broader context of Interform and output management implementations.

You will support customers in implementing compliant and future proof e invoicing solutions while ensuring seamless integration into their overall InterformNG2 setup.

• Lead the implementation of InterformNG2 with a focus on e invoicing use cases
• Advise customers on e invoicing standards regulatory requirements and country specific practices
• Design and configure e invoicing solutions within InterformNG2
• Collaborate closely with ERP focused consultants on end to end implementations
• Support customers during testing go live and stabilisation phases
• Maintain and develop e invoicing related best practices within InterformNG2
• Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for consultants
• Support presales activities with e invoicing expertise when required

Experience

• Several years of experience in IT consulting e invoicing or related implementation roles
• Practical experience with e invoicing standards and structured data formats
• Experience working with ERP systems and integrated solutions
• Customer facing project experience

Skills and mindset

• Strong focus on quality compliance and detail
• Ability to explain complex regulatory topics in a practical way
• Confident communication in English (Danish or German is a plus)
• Structured and reliable working style
• Interest in shaping e invoicing solutions within a broader Interform context
