LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW is a premium confectionery brand built on craftsmanship, quality and passion. Since 2007, we have grown from one store in Denmark to an international brand with strong retail and B2B presence across Europe.

As we continue to scale in the DACH region, we are now looking for a commercially minded and hands-on People & Culture Business Partner DACH (m/f/x), based in our new Hamburg office.

This role is critical in ensuring that our people strategy actively supports business performance across 16 stores in Germany, 2 in Austria, and our growing B2B organisation.

YOUR MISSION

You will drive the People & Culture agenda in DACH with a clear commercial mindset: ensuring we have the right people, in the right roles, with the right capabilities to deliver strong retail results and sustainable growth.

You will be a trusted sparring partner to Retail Managers and B2B leaders — translating business needs into concrete people actions.

This is not a purely administrative HR role. It is a business-facing role with direct impact on performance, engagement and expansion.

You will be part of the global P&C team and report to the Head of People & Culture at our HQ in Denmark. In this role, you will also manage one FTE (HR Admin Coordinator). You will work closely with local leadership to translate global strategies into effective local execution.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Retail Business Partnering

• Partner closely with Retail Managers to strengthen store performance through people initiatives
• Support workforce planning aligned with sales targets and seasonal peaks
• Drive recruitment for store managers and retail staff with a strong focus on quality and speed
• Ensure strong onboarding that enables new hires to perform fast
• Support performance management processes and development conversations
• Actively support employee relations cases and complex people matters

Commercial & Strategic Impact

• Translate business KPIs into people initiatives that drive productivity and engagement
• Support leadership capability development across the region
• Drive engagement survey follow-up actions with measurable outcomes
• Identify training needs that directly impact customer experience and sales

Compliance & Operational Excellence

• Ensure compliance with German labour law and Austrian labour law
• Maintain and develop contracts, policies and local documentation
• Collaborate with payroll and external partners to ensure accurate and efficient processes
• Support structured HR processes across a multi-site retail setup

WHO YOU ARE

• You have solid experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within retail or multi-site environments
• You understand the link between people initiatives and commercial performance
• You are confident advising managers and challenging when needed
• You have strong knowledge of German labour law and Austrian labour law
• You are structured, solution-oriented and pragmatic
• You thrive in a dynamic growth environment where not everything is fully built yet
• You are fluent in German and English

Most importantly: You enjoy being close to the business. You are comfortable visiting stores, supporting managers on the ground and working both strategically and operationally.

Du bist eine vertrauensvolle Sparringspartner:in für Retail Manager:innen und B2B-Führungskräfte – und setzt Geschäftsbedürfnisse in konkrete Personalmaßnahmen um.

Dies ist keine rein administrative HR-Rolle. Es ist eine unternehmensorientierte Rolle mit direktem Einfluss auf Leistung, Engagement und Expansion.

Du bist Teil des globalen P&C-Teams und berichtest an die Head of People & Culture an unserem Hauptsitz in Dänemark. In dieser Rolle leitest du zudem eine:n HR Admin Coordinator (1 FTE). Du arbeitest eng mit der lokalen Führung zusammen, um globale Strategien wirksam lokal umzusetzen.

DEINE HAUPTAUFGABEN

Retail Business Partnering

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Retail Manager:innen zur Verbesserung der Filialleistung durch Personalinitiativen
• Unterstützung der Personalplanung in Abstimmung mit Verkaufszielen und saisonalen Schwankungen
• Verantwortung für die Rekrutierung von Store Manager:innen und Verkaufspersonal – mit Fokus auf Qualität und Geschwindigkeit
• Sicherstellung eines effektiven Onboardings, das schnelle Leistung ermöglicht
• Unterstützung bei Performance Management und Entwicklungsgesprächen
• Aktive Begleitung von arbeitsrechtlichen Fällen und komplexen Personalthemen

Kommerzieller & Strategischer Einfluss

• Übersetzung von Geschäftskennzahlen in HR-Maßnahmen, die Produktivität und Engagement fördern
• Stärkung der Führungskompetenz in der Region
• Steuerung der Maßnahmen im Anschluss an Mitarbeiterbefragungen mit messbaren Ergebnissen
• Erkennung und Umsetzung von Trainingsbedarfen mit Einfluss auf Kundenerlebnis und Umsatz

Compliance & Operative Exzellenz

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des deutschen und österreichischen Arbeitsrechts
• Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Verträgen, Richtlinien und lokalen Dokumentationen
• Zusammenarbeit mit Payroll und externen Partner:innen zur Gewährleistung effizienter Prozesse
• Unterstützung strukturierter HR-Prozesse in einer dezentralen Einzelhandelsstruktur

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

• Erfahrung als HR Business Partner:in – idealerweise im Einzelhandel oder in dezentral organisierten Unternehmen
• Verständnis für die Verbindung zwischen Personalinitiativen und Geschäftserfolg
• Selbstsicherheit in der Beratung von Führungskräften – auch in herausfordernden Situationen
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im deutschen und österreichischen Arbeitsrecht
• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
• Freude an dynamischen Wachstumsumgebungen mit Gestaltungsspielraum
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Wichtigster Punkt: Du arbeitest gerne nah am Geschäft, besuchst regelmäßig die Filialen und unterstützt Führungskräfte vor Ort – sowohl strategisch als auch operativ.
