Client Director for Sweden

We are looking for mature, experienced and versatile consultants, who are comfortable working in the spaces between strategy execution, transformation, organisational development and leadership. Consultants who have passion and drive, strong analytical abilities, and world-class people skills.

You will already have a proven record of accomplishment in finding, winning, and keeping clients in a consulting role and be a well-regarded facilitator who can understand a business’ context, challenge and support leaders, co-create solutions and deliver sustained impact in organisations.

We are organising for significant growth and we see great potential in expanding further in Sweden where we currently have footprints with office registration in Malmö and a presence in Stockholm. In our efforts to grasp the opportunities ahead of us, we are looking for a client director to join our team in Sweden.


Key tasks include

  • Responsible for building, lead and manage strong client relations and new business development at a very senior level
  • Designing and delivering processes that moves strategy, people and organisations in co-creation with clients
  • Collaborating and being generous with colleagues in terms of sharing, supporting and showing flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Being an ambassador – representing the brand promise and values of Mannaz


Your qualifications and experience

  • A relevant master’s degree
  • At least 10 years of experience within consultancy within the fields of organisational development, strategy implementation, transformation and leadership
  • Strong sector knowledge and network within the private and/or public sector in Sweden
  • Experience leading large-scale organisational development and transformation projects for multinational clients
  • Strong track record in client relationship building and management including securing new assignments
  • Sound business and commercial acumen
  • Fluency in English required, more European languages would be an advantage

  • Excellent organisational skills, self-motivated and also able to work as part of a small entrepreneurial team
  • A proven track record in structuring, managing and driving client interventions in a timely, client-centric and impactful manner.
