Project Manager and Coordinator – Maternity Cover

Do you have the drive and capacity to have sole responsibility for the coordination of international learning programmes supporting some of the world´s leading companies

We are looking for a project manager to join our team and to manage and coordinate activities in our Swedish business, part of our International Consulting business unit.

 

You will be collaborating with colleagues working with our Swedish clients from our offices in Malmö. You will become a central part of the Swedish business and be instrumental in preparing our support operations for the future by automating our service offerings, thereby preparing us for further scale. This is a central part of our growth strategy and the tasks and challenges will require a positive mindset, a focus on opportunities and constant improvement with a high capacity for responding to the demands and requirements of our Swedish clients.

 

The position is a maternity cover preferably starting 1 November 2023 and expected to be 18 months.   

 

Key tasks include

 

  • Coordination and project management of bespoke client programmes, initially in Sweden.
  • Effective management of both internal and external resources to secure the best people on the specific job.
  • Timely and professional preparation and delivery of project-related and end-user programme materials.
  • Extensive client interaction providing the service needed and expected to meet client needs.
  • Administrative duties making sure that we deliver on our promises.

 

You will be reporting to our MD for Sweden, based in Malmö. This role is currently being filled and so in the near term, you may report to one of the local senior consultants in the Swedish team until the role is filled.

 

Your qualifications / experience

  • A significant advantage will be fluency in Swedish, Danish and English. Swedish and English are non-negotiable
  • Very strong project management skills
  • Experience in corporate environments and experience from professional services will be an asset.
  • Strategic and effective time management skills augmented with a structured approach to prioritising tasks.
  • Experience from international environments.
