We are seeking an experienced Client Director to join our Copenhagen office.
This position is ideal for a senior-level consultant / Partner with a demonstrated history of developing client relationships, securing new business, and designing and delivering highly value-adding programs in leadership, organizational transformations, and change management. As Client Director, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence by attracting new clients while also managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients. The role encompasses account management, new business development, facilitation of tailored development programs, instructional design, and consultancy.
Success in this position requires a keen understanding of clients’ businesses and challenges to propose the most effective solutions.
