At Mannaz, we are experiencing rapid growth in the demand for our services within project and change management and we are expanding our international consultancy. We are looking for a Client Director to join our Copenhagen, Aarhus, London or Malmo office. As we are working with some of the world’s leading companies, we are looking for a senior-level consultant with a proven track record of developing client relationships, winning business, and designing and facilitating highly value-adding programmes within project and change management.
You will be responsible for growing our market share within project management development by attracting new international clients while managing and developing a portfolio of existing global clients. Besides account management and new business development, the role includes a combination of facilitation of advanced development programmes, instructional design and consultancy. It is crucial that you have the ability to understand the client’s business and challenges for you to propose the best solution.
Deliveries will be done both using virtual tools such as MS Teams, Zoom etc. from Mannaz’s updated facilities, or on-site as required. Since Mannaz focuses on global businesses with cross-border activities you have to expect to be travelling up to 30-50 days a year.
