Intern in Mannaz

At Mannaz Consulting, you get the opportunity to dive into exciting challenges in leadership and organizational development. As an intern, you will be part of a team of experienced consultants and work closely with one of our senior consultants. Your tasks as an intern

The internship is part of your education, and we emphasize that you get the opportunity to work with professionally relevant tasks.

We will work with you to formulate your learning goals and try to find tasks that support the goals and your interests. However, the specific tasks depend on the actual projects we have.

The tasks are often a mixture of:

• Research and analysis in connection with projects within e.g. leadership development and organizational development.
• Participation in customer meetings to discuss possible collaboration
• Preparation of sales material and offers to potential customers
• Preparation of materials for programmes / courses
• Help with facilitation of workshops, competence development and change processes
• Practical and administrative help for projects and courses
• Technical producer on online courses

You are

•  You are currently pursuing a relevant higher education, e.g. business administration, kaos pilot, psychology, educational sciences, sociology, communication, social sciences or anthropology.
• Interested in teaching, facilitating and communicating
• Professional in communication in Danish and English, both written and oral
• Strong analytical skills
• Familiar with relevant theories and methods in organizational development, leadership and collaboration
• Eager to work in a dynamic environment with a varied range of tasks and changing projects
• Motivated by continuous learning and development of your skills
• Flexible, service-oriented and ready to step in as needed
• Proactive in seeking out and creating tasks and collaborative relationships
• Willing to contribute to the academic and social community
