Account Manager for Norway

Mermaid Medical is growing, and we are therefore looking for a dedicated Account Manager to drive continued growth and development in the Norwegian market within interventional radiology.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with physicians and other key decision-makers through customer outreach, product training, and proactive account management. You will develop and implement sales plans, contribute to tenders and offers, and attend both Norwegian and international congresses.

Your efforts will help promote Mermaid Medical as a trusted partner to hospitals and healthcare professionals – working together to help more patients. You will report to and work closely with the Nordic Sales Manager based in Oslo, who has previously helped build a well-established network in the Norwegian market. When not visiting customers, you will work from your home office.

To succeed and enjoy the role, it is beneficial if you have:

  • Experience in healthcare product sales or a background as a radiographer, nurse, or similar
  • Drive and a structured, solution-oriented approach to your work
  • Motivation and desire to work with sales and achieve results
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in Norwegian and English
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (approx. 50 travel days per year)
  • Ideally, you live in or near the Oslo / central Eastern Norway area
