With three busy locations, we run on two pillars: Systems & Structure, using clear routines and logic to keep service smooth and consistent, and Human Interaction & Service, focusing on connecting with guests and supporting your team.
The Role
As a Part Time Waiter / Waitress, you’ll learn our daily operations, floor and bar, and gradually take ownership of the café’s flow. You’ll help create a welcoming guest experience, keep energy high, and support your team. This is your chance to grow in a company that values both quality and culture.
Responsibilities
- Support opening and closing shifts
- Greet and serve guests with warmth
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, handle payments
- Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently
- Support the team across all areas of the café
- Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness
- Learn and grow coffee knowledge and café operations
