You'll be responsible for all logistics across our business. It's a hands-on leadership role that covers internal deliveries between our locations and our productions, external deliveries to and from our partners and customers, and the fleet and team that make it all happen.
What you'll do;
· Lead, schedule, develop & drive with our delivery team, making sure drivers are trained, supported, and set up to work safely and efficiently.
· Plan and coordinate all internal and external deliveries.
· Manage our delivery fleet, including maintenance, servicing, inspections & fuel/charging.
· Work closely with other OC managers and our shop teams to resolve issues quickly and keep communication clear.
· Help us optimize delivery, fleet utilisation, and find ways to improve reliability.
· Own logistics processes and documentation and keep improving how we work as we grow.
What you bring
· Experience in logistics, distribution, or fleet management, ideally including leading a team.
· A strong sense of planning and organisation, and you stay calm when plans change at short notice.
· Knowledge of fleet operations and vehicle maintenance, and of relevant Danish transport regulations.
· Clear, friendly communication, in both Danish and English.
· A valid Danish driving licence (category B)
· A practical, solutions-focused mindset and a willingness to get stuck in when needed.
