Chef for Open Production

We are looking for someone with a strong kitchen background and a genuine passion for food, flavour, and trends in the food culture. Leadership experience is not essential, but you will be responsible for your own department – what matters most is solid hands-on experience, creativity, independence, and the ability to take ownership of your work and production.

In this role, you will play an important part in developing menus and shaping the food concept we want to create. We imagine someone who is curious, quality-driven, and inspired by current food trends.
