Part-time barista

As a part-time barista, you will have the opportunity to work in a flexible and social work environment alongside your studies, hobbies, or other commitments. Working hours typically include one weekday shift and one weekend shift, but additional shifts can be arranged upon agreement.

Additionally, part-time employees can opt to work as a "morning shift" barista. This means your working hours will be from 06:00 to 10:00/11:00 on weekday mornings, allowing you to attend classes or another job afterward.

We are looking for part-time baristas with experience in coffee brewing and latte art who are passionate about providing guests with a great experience.

Your responsibilities will include brewing coffee, serving guests, handling orders and clearing tables, preparing food, and managing inventory. As a part-time barista, you are a part of the team, and the same standards apply as for a full-time barista. You will be trained in coffee brewing from “jord til bord,” including manual brewing methods, processing, espresso preparation, latte art, and quality control.
