As Sales Manager for the Transfer Belt, you will enter a role with proven customer interest and a solid foundation to build further commercial success on. Your focus will be on further developing this product area by engaging with key airports, infrastructure contractors and system integrators across Europe and Asia Pacific. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with Power Stow’s Area Sales Managers to convert ongoing interest and market opportunities into long-term business. This is a hands-on, field-oriented position where understanding the technical context and navigating complex stakeholder environments is key. You will play a central role in identifying opportunities, coordinating projects internally and externally and ensuring that the Transfer Belt is successfully implemented. With growing market interest and ongoing projects already underway, you will not be starting from scratch but rather take the lead in elevating an innovative product to its next level of commercial success.

Product description
The Transfer Belt is a high-potential Power Stow solution designed to be integrated either into existing airport baggage systems or as part of new airport construction projects. The solution is sold directly to airports or via infrastructure contractors and baggage handling system providers such as Vanderlande, Siemens, Beumer etc. The product is already installed in several major airports across Europe and Asia Pacific and Power Stow is actively engaged in a range of ongoing sales projects. The Sales Manager, Transfer Belt is commercially responsible for driving further growth of the Transfer Belt business across Europe and Asia Pacific. The focus is on building strong stakeholder relationships and developing a solid business pipeline. The role is carried out in close collaboration with Area Sales Managers, who primarily focus on the Rollertrack Conveyor. Sales projects are typically long and complex as the Transfer Belt often constitutes a smaller part of a larger baggage handling solution. Successfully managing such projects, including tenders and technical alignment across commercial and operational stakeholders, is key to success in this role.

You work at strategic, tactical and operational levels and thrive in a customer-focused hands-on environment. You are technically astute and commercially driven with strong interpersonal skills and a structured mindset. You take ownership and work proactively to convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
You will report to Christian Søeberg, CCO and collaborate closely with Area Sales Managers focusing on the Rollertrack Conveyor business. This includes shared follow-up on leads, support in customer meetings and alignment of market development strategies. You will also work across departments including Production Engineering, Operations and After Sales.
