We seek a dynamic Business Development Manager who is eager to build on this solid foundation. This position offers an unparalleled opportunity for a sales professional with a proven track record of engaging with top-level management within Swedish municipalities.
The selected candidate will join SES in a role that begins with direct sales in Sweden. The first year will predominantly involve hands-on sales activities, necessitating a commitment to spend the majority of time engaging with clients. Following a successful start, the role will progress to include mentorship and team building, ultimately leading to managing a Nordic sales team. Responsibilities
Sales Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline and provide precise sales forecasts.
- Produce and distribute a comprehensive sales playbook.
Client Development and Management:
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and forge connections with potential Swedish clients.
- Work with our Customer Success team to discover and capitalize on upselling opportunities with existing clients.
- Present our solutions to clients, both virtually and in person, to determine a strategic fit, assess the economic impact, and finalize agreements.
Account Management:
- Convey how SES addresses critical business issues and creates significant social and economic benefits.
- Skillfully navigate complex sales cycles and effectively engage at all stages.
- Efficiently manage inbound leads and keep our CRM system (SalesForce) up-to-date.
Communication and Negotiation:
- Excel at establishing and nurturing client relationships.
- Display outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Swedish.
- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in both collaborative and independent work environments.
Candidate Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in lead generation, prospect management, and deal closures with top-level management.
- Exceptional communication abilities in both Swedish and English, adept at connecting with and engaging potential clients.
- In-depth knowledge of customer relationship management and client communication.
- A consistent record of achieving notable sales and growth targets.
- Significant experience in strategic B2G sales to decision-makers.
- Experience selling SaaS or services to social service departments is highly desirable.

Place of Work

- The majority of client interaction will be online or via phone.
