Samsøe Samsøe is looking for a full time assistant to join our webshop team. The Ecommerce operations assistant will be an integral part of the webshop team with responsibility of fulfilling webshop orders together with our webshop team lead, to ensure a perfect service for our online customers. The ideal candidate is dedicated to service performance and is eager to drive our webshop within all support systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation and packing of orders for the webshop
- Overview of the operational processes in the webshop
- Special handling of orders (UK, NO, CH, DHL express)
- Develop and drive a competitive fulfillment with the purpose of improving the customer experience and operational efficiency
- Assist testing and rolling-out new initiatives related to online operations such as shipping methods, geographies, payment methods etc.
- Collaboration with our customer service team regarding returns of orders, missing information from customers etc
- Collaborate with our Ecommerce team in HQ and ensure effective communication on daily basis
YOUR PROFILE
- Positive and service minded
- Fluent in Danish and English both verbally and in writing
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
- Structured profile
- Experience in Business Central is a plus
- Relevant education in the field of online/webshop
- Previous experience from webshop pick & pack is a plus
- Experience of working with ERP, OMS and WMS systems is a plus
- Results-driven with exceptional detail and knowledge around online operations

The position is full time and in cooperation with our team lead, you will arrange your work schedule. The schedule will be depending on peak periods. The position is based at the warehouse, Naverland in Glostrup. We are looking to fill this role with immediate effect.
