About The Role
At T1A Group, we are looking for a Digital Project Manager to take the lead in driving our digital development and innovation journey. This is a key role in supporting our continued growth with your colleagues by automating processes, reducing manual workloads, and ensuring scalable digital solutions across the organization.
You will report directly to the COO and act as a trusted advisor to executive management on digital strategy and decision-making.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will have a broad role with key influence in our IT department of 3 employees, based at our HQ in Allerød, DK.

Your Profile
We are looking for a proactive, structured and pragmatic business transformation leader who thrives in an innovative and changing environment. You’re passionate about turning complexity into clarity – enabling digital innovation and create measurable and lasting business outcomes.
You:
Technical hands-on expertise is not required, but understanding software integrations, digital platforms, AI solutions, and data structures is a must.
Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) are considered a plus but not a demand.
