Based in Cambridge, US and Copenhagen, Denmark. Our finance team operates across jurisdictions, systems, and tight deadlines. We hold high standards, and we know that the best work happens when people feel seen, supported, and trusted. You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Finance and become an integral part of a small, dedicated finance team.

Your primary tasks will include:

Accounts payable: Managing vendor invoices, payment runs, and AP reconciliations across our Danish and US entities.
Day-to-day bookkeeping: Ongoing postings, accruals and reconciliations ensuring our books are accurate and up to date.
Month-end close: Supporting the monthly financial close, financial statements, and intercompany reconciliations.
VAT & tax compliance: Handling VAT filings and ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.
Process improvement: Spotting opportunities to work smarter – whether through AI tools, automation, or better use of our ERP system (Business Central 365).
Internal controls support: Preparation of documentation of controls as part of our internal controls program.

Who are you?

We are looking for a colleague who is self-driven and thrives in a dynamic environment. You don't need to know everything from day one, but you must have a solid foundation in accounting and a desire to learn. We imagine you have 1-3 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping and are ready for your next step.
