Nordlandet er et hyggeligt boutique hotel med fokus på at skabe en varm og indbydende atmosfære for alle vores gæster. Hotellet tilbyder komfortable værelser med fantastisk udsigt over havet, restaurant med lokale specialiteter og nem adgang til strand og natur. Vi er kendt for vores personlige service og for at gøre hvert ophold unikt.
Arbejdsopgaver:
Velkomst og indcheckning af gæster.
Besvarelse af telefonopkald, e-mails og håndtering af reservationer
Informere gæster om hotellets faciliteter og lokale attraktioner.
Håndtering af forespørgsler og klager på en professionel måde.
Samarbejde med rengøringsteamet for at sikre, at værelserne er klar til ankomst og opretholde højeste standarder for renlighed.
Booking, planlægning og udførelse af møder og konferencer
Deltage i administrative opgaver og sikre en effektiv drift af nordlandet.
Færdigheder og kvalifikationer:
Erfaring fra hotelbranchen, restaurant eller kundeservice (ikke et krav, men en fordel)
Gode kommunikationsevner, både på dansk og engelsk.
Evne til at arbejde selvstændigt og i team.
Da vi er et sæsonbetonet hotel, vil der være perioder hvor vi hjælper hinanden på tværs af faggrupper.
Fleksibilitet og villighed til at arbejde weekender og helligdage.
Kendskab til reservationssystemer er en fordel.

nordlandet is a cozy hotel focused on creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests. We offer comfortable rooms with stunning sea views, a restaurant featuring local specialties, and easy access to the beach and nature. We are known for our personal service and for making every stay unique.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and check in guests.
Answer phone calls, e-mails and handle reservations.
Inform guests about hotel facilities and local attractions.
Handle inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure that rooms are ready for arrivals and maintain the highest standard of cleanliness.
Managing, planning and execution of meeting and conferences being held at the hotel.
Participate in administrative tasks to ensure an effective hotel operation
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in the hospitality industry or customer service (not required, but an advantage)
Good communication skills in both Danish and English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and holidays
Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus
