NORDLANDET is looking for chefs for high season 2026 – starting from June to end September

We can offer seasonal summer employment and are open to both new graduates as well as more experienced colleagues. A professional qualification or relevant work experience is a requirement. Good commination skills in English are required, including reading and writing.

We can also provide a dynamic work environment, since we have several different teams working in rotation during the peak season.

Although we work in different groups with different areas, collaboration and cohesion across teams are important, to ensure that we together deliver the best experience for our guest.

The recurring theme in cuisine, is that we draw inspiration from the beautiful nature surrounding us, and, whenever possible, use locally sourced ingredients from farmers and produce from here on the island, such as Kumlehøj and Skovfryd. Our style draws heavily upon the Nordic/French kitchen in a gourmet/bistro style. We pickle and ferment different ingredients during the spring and summer so that we can also offer local produce in the autumn and winter months.

We pride ourselves in being able to present a mature, dynamic, and competent team at one of Bornholm's best hotels, with an unrivaled location. We work hard when needed and always maintain a positive atmosphere and professional unity. We provide accommodation near the hotel, salary based on qualifications, and there are tax benefits for working on Bornholm.
