Nordlandet is on the lookout for engaged and dedicated bartenders for the upcoming 2026 season. Nestled underneath Hotel Nordlandet, Underbar is more than just a place for great cocktails, handcrafted beer, tasty snacks, and artisanal wines – it's an experience crafted with passion and dedication.
We're seeking bartenders with previous experience, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for mixology, who can work both independently and, in a team, setting. You will be responsible for daily operations in Underbar including; making and serving drinks, serving food, guiding guests with recommendations, cleaning, maintaining inventory, and working with the rest of our team to ensure the best experience for our guests.
Positions available from early spring, until the end of September 2026 – short term employment opportunities are also availble. We can offer staff accommodation, located just 300m from the hotel premises. Each room has a private shower and w/c, and the property offers a variety of communal facilities. Additionally, there are tax-related benefits available for those working on Bornholm.
