Nordlandet is seeking a breakfast and lunch chef to start in May or June 2026. The working hours will vary during the startup period but will always be between 06:00 and 17:00, allowing you to have evenings free to explore the island and enjoy the long summer evenings later in the season.
You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the hotel's breakfast and lunch services. We value professionalism and innovation highly. The breakfast menu changes daily and is served both as table service and buffet, depending on the season and the number of guests. This provides ample opportunity for a diverse menu.
Lunch is à la carte, and the menu changes throughout the year based on seasonal ingredients and the kitchen's creativity. The cuisine is inspired by the beautiful nature surrounding us and locally produced ingredients.
A professional qualification or relevant work experience is a requirement. Good commination skills in English are required, including reading and writing.
We offer a mature, dynamic, and competent team at one of Bornholm's best hotels with a stunning location. We work hard when needed and always maintain a good atmosphere and fellowship.
