Receptionist at Hotel nordlandet

Hotel Nordlandet, located in Allinge, on beautiful Bornholm, is seeking an engaged and service-oriented receptionist to join our team. If you are passionate about providing excellent guest service and have a love for the hospitality industry, we would like to hear from you!

Hotel nordlandet is a cozy hotel focused on creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests. We offer comfortable rooms with stunning sea views, a restaurant featuring local specialties, and easy access to the beach and nature. We are known for our personal service and for making every stay unique.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check in guests
• Answer phone calls, e-mails and handle reservations
• Inform guests about hotel facilities and local attractions
• Handle inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure that rooms are ready for arrivals and maintain the highest standard of cleanliness.
• Managing, planning and execution of meeting and conferences being held at the hotel
• Participate in administrative tasks to ensure an effective hotel operation

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in the hospitality industry or customer service (not required, but an advantage)
• Good communication skills in both Danish and English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and holidays
• Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus
