Kant is a takeaway-oriented food establishment located at Papirøen in Copenhagen, specialising in Detroit-style pizza served by the square. The offering includes a selection of pizzas with seasonal variations, a range of sauces, sweet and savory sandwiches. All food and beverages are primarily intended for takeaway consumption, including locally brewed canned beer, organic soft drinks, and other beverages. A very limited number of seats will be available both indoors and outdoors. Opening hours are Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 to 21:00, and Friday through Saturday from 11:00 to 22:00.
The slices being sold will be a high end product using a range of multiple flours, and a combination of quality cheeses. We work uncompromisingly with a technique driven-focus and using the best ingredients – always using local suppliers when possible.
