Lilac is a restaurant and cocktail bar located at Papirøen in Copenhagen, offering a concept based on seasonal ingredients and a curated cocktail program using pre-batched cocktails. The restaurant consists a 52-pax main dining area where guests can have the full menu, and a 12 seat bar and 20 seat lounge; both of which will be drinks and snacks only. 

KANT - Detroit Pizza Concept (Papirøen, Copenhagen)

Kant is a takeaway-oriented food establishment located at Papirøen in Copenhagen, specialising in Detroit-style pizza served by the square. The offering includes a selection of pizzas with seasonal variations, a range of sauces, sweet and savory sandwiches. All food and beverages are primarily intended for takeaway consumption, including locally brewed canned beer, organic soft drinks, and other beverages.
